Free Embroidery Design

Sorry for not posting this weeks Free Embroidery Design, will post a cracker for you tommorow. In the meantime here are some tips for uploading the designs to your machines, appologies to experienced embroiders, we were all newbies once and had to learn the basics.

Janome Designs
To upload designs to your machine you will need a blank compact flash card you can get these for a couple of pounds 32mb, 64mb 128mb any is fine. You will also need a compact flash card adapter again only arround 4 pounds and not forgetting some Embroidery Designs in Jef format. You can buy these on cds which you load on your pc and transfer to the flash card or grab freebies here

Brother Designs
Uploading Brother Designs is tad more expensive, you need a blank origional brother card, unlike janome brother only excepts origional which are arround 80 pounds, you also need a card reader which is arround 100 pounds so a big price difference.
