Brother or Janome?

Embroidery machine choice is vital, if it is domestic embrodiery machine you are looking to buy then brother and janome are the two main choices. Both are an excellent choice and update thier machine regularly however the cost of maintanance and accessories are very diiferent. Janome is a much better choice for design value, with domestic brother embroidery machines you can only upload using brothers origional blank cards which cost in the region of 80 pounds however janome designs can be uploaded using standard flash cards for arround 2 pounds and then you use a flash card adapter, the whole process for janome costs no more than 8 pounds however to do the simple process of uploading custom designs to a brother machine costs way over 100
